Free and insured
$2 million general liability plus a $5 million umbrella. Every hunter is covered. No second group on your land.
You stay in control
Your rules. A text or email before each hunt if you want one. One call closes your property. Consent lasts until you end it, and we remove our stands within 30 days.
Safe and discreet
Booked in advance. GPS check in and check out. Elevated stands so the ground is the backstop. 150 ft from homes for bows and 500 ft for crossbows. Every deer tracked, and harvested deer are removed from your property.
Why it costs you nothing
Our members fund the program.
SCDM is funded by its members, not by property owners and not by taxpayers. Our Management Hunters pay for their own stands, equipment, training facility and insurance. A hunter with that much invested shows up, follows the rules and harvests does.
